The current schedule will be:

Monday: 8-10 Playing
Tuesday: 8-10 Playing
Wednesday: Free
Thursday: 7:30-10 Practice and playing
Friday: 8-10
Saturday: Free
Sunday 8-10

I understand that there will be times when you can't make it, if this is the case, let me know at least 2 days before that day so there is still time to reschedule.

These times obviously don't include personal practice, but I trust you all that you'll take the time to do that too.

As we have all probably noticed, right now getting the whole team together can prove to be quite the task. People have filled out when they are available a while ago, but that doesn't mean everyone is online when they claimed to be free.

I can't blame anyone, there was no schedule in place so we didn't really know when we had to be online. This is about to change though. Some might not like a set schedule, but I feel like this is becoming a requirement.

I would like to ask for everyone to fill out the Google Spreadsheet one more time. If you are able to eat at any time, no problem, just fill out the times you'll be free. If you can't decide when you eat yourself, try to guess when you will be eating.

After I have collected this data from everyone a schedule will be made. Weekly practice, times for actually playing and free days will all be scheduled.

I also want to make sure we all have the same goals here. Having fun while improving. This means no more whining during games, the occasional shout is probably inevitable, but the "I'm done"-bullshit has to stop. I would also appreciate for everyone to keep trying to actively get better, this means practice outside of games, learn new things like smokes or tactics and possibly teach them to your team members.

Our main goal right now is to get a schedule in place thoughg, after that we will work towards the whole "Having fun while improving".

I want you to understand that if you repeatedly decide to not stick to the schedule, I will be forced to find a replacement for you. While I want this team to have fun, I expect a certain sense of discipline.

If all this seems too serious for you, this is your chance to leave yourself.
