Bloodbath Community Servers

This is the Official Steam Group for ALL news and events concerning the Bloodbath community server for Squad!

Although our community's origins are rooted in Red Orchestra 2, we have since expanded to Squad given the crossover effect its had on our playerbase. We now seek to build a community in Squad where communication and teamwork are paramount.

In keeping with our group's tradition, we'll continue to host community events and scrims. And should you have an interest in community-building, comraderie with regulars, and having a laid-back place to enjoy these things in, then Bloodbath is the place for you!

Events

Until Bloodbath: Squad grows large enough to begin hosting its own events, we'll start by participating in other community events. These events include, but are not limited to:

PUBLIC

Squad Ops:

Held each Friday at 9:00PM EDT on the Squad Ops servers! Squad Ops is a closed-public event focused on immersion and tactical gameplay. It aims to bring realistic scenarios to create a cinematic experience for both players and spectators alike.

The main premise of Squad Ops is to complete all objectives in one of many single-life, unique scenarios for a player's respective team. Once a player dies, they can no longer contribute to their team and must exit into death camera in order to spectate the rest of the match.

Those interested in participating in this event are required to register on the Squad Ops[forums.squadops.gg] forums and rally on the Squad Ops Discord Server[discord.gg] at the set event time.
Community Clan Fight Night:

Held each Sunday at 7:00PM EDT on the CCFN servers! Eight to sixteen clans, each awarded a maximum of one sqaud, are divided between two teams that will compete for victory in two rounds over a single map.

Those interested in representing the Bloodbath Community for this closed-public event are asked to rally on the Discord at the set event time. Participation will be given on a first-come-first-serve basis. But don't worry about not getting in, as there will be a need for standby members to rotate players in and out with.

REQUEST-ONLY

Bloodbath Brawl:

Held by request or invite, we can arrange or host 18v18 or larger scrims between clans or groups looking for a neutral host!

When joining the TeamSpeak and Bloodbath servers, remember that we have many different nationalities, races, and cultures playing together. Be respectful, have fun, and kick some ass!

A Warning to the Community

As many of you have been wondering for some time now, the Bloodbath server has been unlisted as a licensed server for roughly over a month now and the staff and I have thus far been patiently silent about the matter.

We have now drafted a collective response to address what happened whilst leaving behind a warning to the community for the future of community-developer relations going forward with Squad's development.

While we're saddened to announce the official end to Bloodbath: Squad, we want to leave not only our story of what happened but a message of a need for change. We will continue to support the community through a spiritual successor, just as we will through the other games we support, too, and hope that the community will continue to enjoy this game.

On behalf of everyone here at Bloodbath, we thank you for making what Bloodbath is today and for having been an engaged citizenry in what has become a wonderful community.

The moment we have all been waiting for has finally arrived: vehicles in Squad! Time to hop on and enjoy the much anticipated content.
