Dropped ctf_well from rotation

Since it seemed to be a server killer ctf_well was dropped from the rotation. Admins can still switch the map to well if/when a group wishes to play it.

So current server rotation is 2fort/ dustbowl / gravelpit

Added two maps to Tha Playground rotation

Added ctf_well and cp_gravelpit to the rotation. Also changed the server name accordingly.
