Treasure Hunt in Sortie PvP map

The Sortie map is a seldom used and spoken about area that allows people to run about use. To entice people in, a new feature has been added there: Treasure Hunts.

Treausre chests will now appear in random locations throughout the map. These will be announced when they appear and you can check how close you are to the nearest chest by typing /hunt

So are the risks of going there worth it? what other information is there about the Sortie Map?

- It has now expanded from 2600 blocks to 4000 blocks diameter.

- It is not visible on the Dynmap.

- Access is via a warp from the Citadel (underneath the Dungeon warps).

- PvP / war is allowed there.

- TnT explosions are on.

- Cannons are enabled.

- You will loose your inventory on death.

- You are allowed to destroy structures and loot chests and people on that map.

Dungeon 2: The Ice Palace is officially released!

The Ice Palace was officially released some 18 hours ago.

Many people have already battled their way through it, with some positive feedback so far.

The dungeon is rated with a difficulty of 4/5, due to it been parkor heavy.

Remember: 2 people (minimum) are required to complete the dungeon.

The prize for completing it is an Ice Axe.

See if you can find the two secrets while going through. One of them will be very useful at a later date.
