+larry3theman - Not sure if you emailed or not. If you're till having the problem, it seems like some other people have reported it recently too. Check my post here for help: http://steamcommunity.com/app/25000/discussions/0/1699416432424801049/#c1692662484256265622

+larry3theman you almost assuredly already have the hotfix 1.1.3 patch if you have the game installed via Steam. We've seen a few causes of the game not launching at all. The fastest way to get tech support for it is probably to email bugs@wolfire.com. If you do that, please attach your hwerport.txt and logfile.txt, and the full text of any error messages you see. Here's how to find those files on your computer: http://wiki.wolfire.com/index.php/How_To_Report_a_Bug_in_Overgrowth

If you aren't getting an error message, and you don't have either of those files, disabling antivirus might help. I don't see that happen very often, but the last time I did, disabling bitdefender fixed it for that person.

+vavan07 I just now replied to the only tech support email we got today. Please let me know if you got that reply or not. If you did not get a reply, make sure your email is going to bugs@wolfire.com

+vavan07 PCs aren't video game consoles. They're way more complicated. So sometimes there's problems running a game, and sometimes you need to do troubleshooting. We might be able to get it working for you. If we can't, then you can get a refund from Steam. Please keep track of how long you've had the product and how long you're trying to play, because Steam can give you a refund - but only if you've played less than 2 hours, and only if you've had the product less than two weeks - http://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds/

It won't start at all! Of course I sent a letter with a file error on Your mail. I spent my money on Your game and I want to get a product that will give me pleasure. But in the end I get an error window and illusory promises to fix it. (Sorry if there are mistakes, I use translator)

+spuninh - the password isn't supposed to be there at all. Constance missed some traces of it before the release. So yeah, all of the A and B path are currently there.

+The_Scoutaloo same as I said for dranicani - please start a new thread on the main discussion board.

+dranicani - best to start a thread on the normal discussion board, or to send an email to bugs@wolfire.com. People ask for help on these comments threads, but it's just about the worst place for such a discussion.

Umm..... on the topic of bug fixes I have also been having problems with the game. Whenever I am on a level the screen will just freeze randomly with the game still playing in the backround, and when I manually exit the game my screen will just rapidly blink on and off. Do you have any Idea about what is wrong? Thanks.
