Hi everyone, I've been thinking of playing AI for a loooong time. I was just wondering if a more defensive strategy is feasible in this game? or it's sequel? Like a slower more methodical method rather then a frantic rush to stay on top of things. Or does the AI run away from you in terms of development if you take too long expanding? I don't necessarily want to change too many settings away from vanilla either....

I am new to the game. I am very good at doing my research beforehand. I have scoured the net, done all tutorials (twice to make sure I don't miss anything), and still there info not explained in the wiki. hi there, couldn´t find any answer to this online: is there a downside to grouping turrets together? are there many aoe attacks or any at all by the AI? i try to figure out if i should use crtl / alt or shift for placement.
