Just a heads up, a new commit has been pushed to the SDK 2013 git repo. I have tested a pristine build and it appears to work.

Here's the bad news: it consists of 767 changed files (4,099 additions and 3,372 deletions)

This update seems to be causing mod crashes, even with binaries compiled from the pristine SDK 2013 code.
The crash is always in C_World::`RTTI Complete Object Locator', and the call stack is pretty much useless because it's all in engine code:
