Yes, the griffin fight is bugged for me too. I wonder what that treasure is!

+1 to Orcao's comment. This update breaks the Griffin boss fight; the game doesn't register when he's defeated. There was another minor update this morning, but it's still broken.

This patch breaks a few bosses, they respawn on re-entering the room, and at least one of them doesn't open its chest, or its room, when it dies. For specifics see the bug report thread, every other post seems to be about it.

I'd say after playing the first release of this game that the patched version is actually worse in terms of speed running this game. I don't see the reason to cause people whom find skips in your game to be punished for doing so. Yes I am talking about the shift of pots in the room you get the double jump feather. That is unacceptable.

In terms of the bug that I found in my gameplay with the Corridor of Blood that was actually a genuine bug that needed to be fixed.

Overall you need to allow people to do minor sequence breaks & warps through floors if they are skilled enough to do so as long as the result of that warp through the floor doesn't break the character model in the process. I actually see players not speed running the game as of this on this patch due to these facts.

I'm gonna assume the behavior changes make some of the cheese methods not work anymore
