Well, looking back on it, it seems as though the finished office was a combo of all three. It had the retro-y props, it was big with 8 entrances (including trapdoors). And it had the futuristic construction work of the SL office (the oxygen tanks, tubes, keypad, camera, etc.).

There would be limitations with the animatronics. Maybe, you could add categories to them, and add a limit of 2 animatronics per category:

Runners: animatronics that attack by running/jumping not very often to the office, with a previous warning (like Foxy).
Stalkers: drain power by watching you for long periods of time by the windows, but attack rarely (like Chica).
Killers: robots that attack very frequently, but they go away quick (as Bonnie).
Hunters: animatronics that hide in shadows and are hard to localize in the cameras (Freddy).
Ghosts: hallucinations, easy to avoid (like Golden Freddy).
Plushies: small animatronics that go through vents and mess up panels and door controls (like BON-BON).
Distractors: they don't attack the player, but they appear in the cameras making hard to look at real threats (like Endo-02 in FNaF2).
