Gotta pump up those player numbers. Can never find a server populated in during EST times and ones that are have too high a ping to play on. As I type, there is less than 200 players online total. I want this game to succeed so badly, but without players, its moot.

hype

Why not release it for all editions? Why split the community like this when the servers aren't even populated

Lame. A game that is arguably not quite done, now has a beta you pay into for content that will be in the final version of the game, when its done.

Screw that.

this week i've struggled to find a full server during the times available for me to play, the game is great but playing on high ping servers in order to get a game is becoming ridiculous, new content is great and hopefully gets more players online, however splitting the player count at a time when servers are empty seems like madness. @superfish128 12 full servers? when did that happen? i check https://www.battlemetrics.com/servers/postscriptum pretty often and currently there is 1 server with 58ppl in it

look at steam charts, its been sitting at an average player count of ~350 and a peak player count of 1,005 since september where it dropped from ~540 average players with a peak of 1,613.

Where do you get 200 from, I've never seen it that low? The lowest I've seen is 1,000 which isn't a lot, but it's enough for several (12 I believe) full servers which is all you need to enjoy a game.

@Bananenbaum - oh stfu complaining kiddo.

200 players on average for a fps is a dead game, even for a niche title.
and we all know who is to blame, devs that make ridicolous decisions and dont deliever.
