hi there, half rate with videoprojection doesn't work anymore. Is it a known issue or i'm alone in this case ?
i run with lenovo explorer and i've changed nothing.

Hi jonathan and the dev team. Thank you for your hard work.
I use wmr (lenovo) but I' not sure about which settings to apply in steamVR... especially about interleave and async repro. You answered in a previous comment that async isn't considered with WMR, so doesn't matter if enabled or not, but is it also the case for the inter repro ?
Should we also keep the always_repro ON also ? If you have any tips to avoid wasting performances... thanks !

I've put the question on another topic also : https://steamcommunity.com/app/250820/discussions/0/3288067088102731506/

When you adress all the performance issues that WMR have?, i can not run any game at 90 FPS, with a beafy system, i have to return to my Oculus, until this fix.

yes, indeed ProejectCars 2 is still better on Rift, than my Lenovo. The artifacts are different, and more noticable on the Lenovo, but is still a good step on the right direction.

Great feature, a bit rought, but works.
BTW it works even with a GT960, where I usually test performace progression, and thre's is it!

While I can appreciate projection and all that stuff being great for certain applications- it just will not do for racing... Oculus continues to be wonderful in PCars2 while my WMR headset stays perfectly shiny on the shelf... I hope it gets resolved because there is no doubt my odyssey provides a clearer\sharper picture....

I would be very interested in better PCars 2 implementation. I'm not sure if we need a Windows update or official support from their side, but man... I bought into VR for cockpits and I'm kinda disappointed so far.

Will it be available in the future for older GPUs, which is really needs it? (9 generations of Nvidia, such as the GTX 960 4gb and GTX 970)

Will this soon be coming to AMD?

Jonathan...Sorry, this is regarding performance on project cars2...Asstto Corsa, another Racing Sim pegs at 90fps in WMR, but Pcars2 is really low fps.. I will look into the performance trace... I'm using the steam VR tool and have nasty red lines showing cpu late frame...Also using FRAPS and watching desktop.. by the way, Oculus vr runs project cars2 very nicely and I'm able to keep 90 fps with 26 cars on grid and decent video settings....So high framerate is certainly achievable in this title, in VR, but for some reason the odyssey is having a hard time with it... Like i said, it runs Assetto Corsa wondefully
