I only played the game for a couple of hours on release, and have been holding off until it is updated/modified more. I'm glad to see changes and improvements rolling out. I am one of those people that is old enough I played the original games (I actually played the original Ultima waaaay back, I think it was on a commodore 64). I played the original Ultima Underworld 1 and 2, and was really expecting this to be similar (even knowing you don't have the rights to the property, still I had expectations based in gameplay).
The changes so far are looking good, it appears there are more to come and that is good as well. The game is still not where I'd like it to be for coming back and playing it, I will wait until it starts to resemble something I would expect under the title of Underworld.
Keep up the good work, lots of good improvements here, just still needs a lot more work imho. It's a bit disappointing that all of this work is coming AFTER I bought the game :)

Good, I'm glad you're repairing this game as I was looking forward to it, that was until the pre-updated version turned out to be crap!

So you are trying to pull off a "Hello Games" here - deliver a broken and unfinished product and try to fix it with hard work in the years to come? I sincerely wish you good luck with that.

THEY managed to pull it off, though. For me (personally) it is: Too little, too late, too many lies. In my opinion no one in your company is trustworthy any more. I will eagerly watch and see if you manage to turn this around.

Thanks a million for all the hard work! I especially held off playing the game until these big changes because I wanted to give the game the best chance for me to enjoy it and now it seems it's about time to try it out.

I only have one thing to say from the quick looks I took from other ppl playing it: please please please can you make the upper left icon which displays health and something else darker or even black outlined? From what I saw for me it takes me out off the immersion of the game which is sad considering the environment looks so great.

Thanks again, looking forward to playing the game.

@moeffz - they said they have one more update planned and then they're done.

@Csimbi - I appreciate the optimism but this ship has sunk. Maybe in 2 years it might vaguely resemble the initial KS pitch with continued work but with one more final patch coming I doubt this sandbox thing is going to change much. See discussion board about it feeling "soulless". Chairs, tables, chests - nothing living there.

Wow! This is indeed a big step forward. Big respect for not giving up on this game!

they are now erasing comments from players who have tested the game....

Thanks for the update. The game is even better now. But the game is still unfriendly to my high refresh rate monitor with Gsync. Locking the frame rate of the game @ 60 FPS and disabling the gsync solve the problem. Anything above 60 FPS stutters and the screen has a vibrating effect. This was the case for me since the release day.

@SpiralRazor
Get it on GOG.com and you can play it on your current PC via DOSBox ;-)
