The game does shutter a little i thought my overclocks were unstable. not sure what the hell they did. i have 16 gigs of ram 2400 and it ran fine before.

I have removed the files in my local app data folder as was recommended (%LOCALAPPDATA%\Insurgency\Saved\Config\WindowsClient), but still I have about 50 fps less after this update than I had before and it feels like the game is stuttering all the time now :(
