Thanks for the early warning guys! Now I know I'll be focusing on shadowcape and citadeleurope5 characters from now on.

And for davidwanndaglish: you can't be serious? This is my first time playing an early access title, but since day one I've been fully aware that the day might come when the server wipes and it never even crossed my mind that I would whine about it. In others early access titles it's not unusual to have wipes monthly, weekly or even in some stages of development - daily. Actually I'm quite surprised that it's been this long before one..

P.S. a shout out to the devs: keep up the good work and thanks for the open communication with the fan base!

Thank you. I appreciate the two month warning :) See you guys next month when I relaunch my private server for those of you who remember Fury Inc. - Teah

For me isnt a problem, i like the wipe, start new to see all new things!!!!!

They really just need to wipe all servers and be done with it. I dont see how its fair that I get to keep 1100 hours of gameplay and progress and get access to all new content at day one but others have to lose all their time and grind out to cap again. I get where there heart is but they need to either wipe everything or nothing

Good lord people.. While i'm not a huge fan of the game anymore myself, you guys need to put a fork in it and learn how to read english properly and stop whining about changes in a game currently in development. Doesn't help anyone.

If you expect to keep everything while playing a game that is currently IN DEVELOPMENT you are just being plain stupid and should never, ever pick up another Early Access game ever again.

davidwanndaglish: I've participated in alphas, closed betas and open betas since the time when the only way to get beta access was by way of mags where devs added a beta disk or through contests via mags.

The majority of game devs, especially buy to play titles, wipe everything before launch to ensure that the game has as few bugs as possible. I could list every game i've tested but there's not enough letter space on this horrible blog to do so. Point is. Don't expect anything when you're testing a game currently in development. You're also warned BEFORE you buy the game that it IS in development and that things WILL change.

Humiliated? Oh lord lol. EA games don't need to come out and say "Progress will most likely be wiped at some point due to massive updates and changes" Guess what, there will be ANOTHER wipe when it goes to full launch. Minecraft isnt even in the same world as modern games when it comes to the amount of coding and complex systems. Not to mention you haven't "wasted" 680 hours, $24.99 for a game where you got that many hours is not even close to a waste. You haven't even payed 5 cents per hour, you got your moneys worth and they are doing what is needed to progress the game. Get on board or get out

Zodiac2 You must be one of the production team to talk such unthinking rot. I have played many such games both on and off Steam and have NEVER been humiliated in this way before. Also if this was always the intention why wasn't this made plain at the start. In reality I will have wasted over 680 hours on this game if my server is wiped, which it will be. Is Minecraft not a sandbox game?
