As it's been already the case for some versions, you get an advance warning for invasions and a general area indicator in your station, so you can position your squad and close some doors if you desire so. There's no space combat planned or planet conquest mechanics for now.

If there's an attack incomming from another plannet is there a way to limit the pirates activites on base and also can we either stop the fight from occuring on our base if we attack them in space ?, Also wipeing out all aliens on that planet that sent those pirates in the first place is that a thing as well ?

nice the events! So... nor any "corporal agents" drawing resources or a special "mad scientist" event that use uor science console. or a "assassin" event, a stealth enemy to find in the base? we can add so many meccanics :D
