Additional 1.02 patch note added:

• You may now change the FOV on player names. The default setting is 'Narrow' and the new setting is 'Wide'. If you select 'Wide', the names and indicators on friendly players will stay on-screen at wider angles. This setting can be found under the 'Player View & HUD' settings

@Schutza_Dietrich Just as many marines used only 18 rounds in the M16A1. STANAG aren´t what people think they are just because they are the standard. Cost calculation often plays a part and sadly the springs, feed lips and so on are the first ones to suffer. Another factor was the often badly stored ammo which itself coudl produce issues in the first M16A1´s as the production quality of the ammo itself lead to malfunctions, to many the disbelief of the m16 being at fault still exists these days, also the fact that the spring pressure also is put on the stacked rounds which just makes it miserable for the bolt to pick up a round. Same goes for rimfire and drum mags, especially old design such as of WWII. There´s a reason H&K sell high reliability mags not as as common mans mag, but as a luxury item for high performance guns such as their HK41x series.

@Schutza_Dietrich It helps feeding reliability of the mag.

Sorry, what?
Where did you get those drum numbers for the PPSh?

there needs to be some form of campaign even if vietnam always is defending even when they attack a new territory.

Vertical recoil for each weapon now has consistent min/max values making the muzzle rise from recoil more predictable and less random.
Does that mean there's CSGO-style 'recoil patterns' now, or is it still random? In the former case, that'd definitely be grounds for a negative review for me.
nice patch

For better AA, just disable FXAA in game, go to my documents/my games/Rising Storm 2/config/ROengine.ini. Open with notepad, search for multisample, replace the 0 to 2, 4 or 8 depending on what degree you want.
