Also, I am +1 for including a lock-on system.
How about Tap once = lock on to nearest that is on screen unless none are on screen (because I hate locking on to targets behind me when I'm trying to focus on what's in front of me.)
Use Camera stick to change targets
Tap again to unlock

PLEEEEEEEEEEEASE Have custom tap-to-set button config. I cannot stress this enough-- PC or console, pad or keyboard/mouse. It doesn't matter. There is no reason not to have this feature in any game. I absolutely hate when games just give you 1-4 presets and say "deal with it."

If you want some good examples, take a look at the Indivisible Prototype or Skullgirls.

Also, please have every individual action able to be bound to any button and allow overlapping actions on buttons. If you have 2 actions on one button normally under a pre-set config, I think these actions should split when doing custom config allowing you to set each to the button you want. For example, let's say there's a game where X = jump + interact. Jump and Interact should be 2 separate actions that can be bound individually to any button.

Having a default control scheme is fine, but there is no reason to simply force people to use specific ones you designate.

fast animation cancelling for melee, guns and etc to avoid end combo recovery and taking unnecessary hits that can be done at any time and keep the combos and combat more free flowing.
also, taunts for all the characters to put on the somewhere on the Dpad since that's unused. At least 5 - 10 random pieces of combat dialogue unique for each character and some body poses or body movement for them. I feel it'd give the game more life and enjoyability. Especially after you solo a mob or major grimm, hit the taunt button, then you'll look like badass XD

Completely custom key and controller binding, mandatory. There's absolutely no excuse for only giving presets in 2016. And as much as I know you guys want to emphasize controller-based gameplay, do remember you're designing this for PC-first, and that kind of requires it to be at least playable (100% story mode completion, at least) with mouse+keyboard.

Id like to see a checkbox of which characters are playing in a quick game before you choose what character you will play, so you can see all four more often in a game. we could hang out, go shopping for school supplies, paint our nails, try on clothes, and talk about cute boys...

hey can you make the crates easier to break for the moment they can only be broken when hit in a certain way and they dont brake from ranged attacks can you fix this?

I agree with eyeonus we need a lock-on target I get so lost when I don't have a lock on
