First Microsoft flight and now you guys are cancelling Flight sim world???! Are you kidding me?!
I wish that Microsoft will continue releasing more flight simulators but instead, we were stuck with acceleration for 11 years now (12 years in a row), since they don't have new versions of flight simulator anymore :steamfacepalm:

I see a whole lot of explanation and arrogance here, lol.

Without any jetairliners, this game was worthless to start with. I had high hopes, followed all the developments but sadly just add-ons and add-ons and nothing to get a great basis as a functioning game. I'd rather receive an refund than having this game in my library.

Dovetail, let me ask you something, are you insane?
Quoting, probably FarCry 3 here, but you know the definition of insanity?
To repeat the same process, over and over again, expecting different results.
Thats insanity.
You release games, over and over, doing this same half♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ money grabbing greedy crap, and you think, its a different simulation, it'll be different this time.

But how many times Dovetail, has this bit you in the♥♥♥♥♥

You know we are rutheless, as a community. Not only should you release the source code for the engine, planes, and scenery, you should make your DLC free, as an APOLOGY for once again, WAISTING OUR TIME!

You know better, or at least now you should. Selfish, greedy, heartless developers. All of you.

Sorry to see it go, was interesting, but it became somewhat obsolete fairly quickly -- unfortunately both Laminar Research, and P3D have solid and more polished products, AeroflyFS2 is an option, but its limited scenery packs, and the cost of addon's may well prove to be its demise as well, watch this space I suppose.

It had potential, and I particularly liked the polished and modern UI, but to be honest P3D has always been my go to. I don't mind paying a premium for continuous improvement.

This seems to be the only Flight Simulator that has detailed cities in the base game outside of Flight Simulator X (older and not as good graphics). The newer Flight simulators that have come out recently look nice, but they are missing key things like moving traffic below, the city buildings in the base game, etc. I wish they'd just keep this up and for sale for others; it's the best option imo despite what others may say about X-plan 11, etc.

pretty much sets the scene for all dovetails work - most unscrupulous company ever who make EA look like ggod guys. All they ever want to do is create what is essentially a shop for overpriced DLC
