EVIL BOOMER, the AI in the game is still very basic, we are working on a system where the AI will cease to punch concussed characters. The full AI system needs to perform actions based the specific on context e.g. ignore characters, grab and lift characters (to try to put them in a hazard), grab and drag characters etc.

zvizgo_, Instructions for downloading the 0.2.0 alpha build are in this post, to download the current 'unstable' build right-click on the game name on the Steam library page and select 'Properties' from the dialogue window that opens, from this window select the 'BETAS' tab then select the 'unstable' option from the dropdown menu (the menu labelled 'Select the beta you would like to opt into:' (to revert back to the 'stable' 0.1.5a Unity 4.x build select 'stable' from the same menu).

I liked the slower physics much better. Seems like a lower fps.

It seems punching is broken when using a controller

Whenever you try to punch, it goes straight to grab or does nothing. It is impossible to fight anyone when all you can do is grab them.

@glumjamesbrown maybe when you are down in waves mode the AI will wonder away from you.

Grabbing hat's tie and pulling hard enough kills both players, just a general bug.
