Video game devs shouldnt be held randsom like this from legions of jim sterling goons looking to tarnish small time game devs from game bugs they havent gotten around to fixing yet.

Lots of respect for you. I can forgive games/devs if they own up to it, and seem like they are actually invested in the product. Like Garry's Incident before their own little incident with takedowns. Bad game, but they updated constantly to fix things. Sad that updates will be slower and that the team has mostly left, but it happens. Not enough dough to spend on early access things atm but looking forward to this being a full release later on. Keep it up.

Glad you responded so well to this, despite it being a situation of having some negative advertisement of your product! :) We need more devs (indie, AAA and everything in-between) like you! :D

This. This is how it's done. Take a look, indie developers. This is how criticism should be handled. You address the problems and work on fixing them, not just hold your hands to your ears and shout "LA LA LA LA LA." In fact, this is a great indirect advertisement for a game. If I look on forums and I see a douchey developer being an ♥♥♥ because he can, odds are my money goes elsewhere. But when I see this it makes me want to save my money up to buy what looks like a promising game with developers that truly care.

Civility, acknowledgment of faults, and a bit of a sense of humor. This is how you handle criticism.
