Online coop issue

Hi ! I tried to play the game with online coop with one friend (both of us play with keyboard) and we could not find the way to start the game : first player starts and the second player just waits forever for the game to start even though we can see each other. Does anyone have a clue ? Thanks...

Local co-op is broken

I tried to play this game with my friend. But game could not recognize joystick controller. It registering just keyboard. Even online multiplayer is broken.

Online multiplayer does not work, developer does not approve refund.

All four of us bought this game and none of us can get to play together. The maximum that we could make this horrible online experience work was 2 players connected, and that's about it. On top of that, I have been trying and trying to request a refund, but the refund request stays there for about 40mins and then it is removed or rejected somehow. Very horrible experience. Dead community too....
