Well I just switched to the non-beta version and it's back to normal. Perhaps it's because I ran the firmware updates on the beta that it now works well. In any case I love VR!!!

Specifically, I am using a Vive (1.0) with the 1.0 light houses.

The tracking is noticeably worse than the previous beta for me.

I have a small room (3.5m x 2.5m) and I have a high ceiling with a chandelier in the middle. I am using a sync cable. No reflective surfaces. I am using a vive pro w/ lighthouse 2.0. I run a 1080ti with some 6-core i7.

I received my vive pro package last Saturday (june 30), tracking was really bad using regular steamvr, updated to beta on the 30th and it was PERFECT. Then it became worse after this update. Even my non gamer girlfriend noticed.

It's like the whole game world moves with your head a little bit. This problem was really severe on regular steamvr. It was gone in the previous beta. Now it's back but it's mild but still noticeable.

Hopefully this is something you can reproduce on your end. I know my room is probably less than ideal due to the chandelier thing but it was working great before.

Is there a way I can revert to the previous beta version?
