Since the update on 5/23, most of my 243 experiences now shake and quiver when I move my head. I reset whatever I could, recalibrated the room, stopped any superscaling & still everything is shaking. Can anyone help?

Right now it looks like it's possible create environments for SteamVR home - but what about avatar props, placeable props, and the avatars themselves? Like if a friend wants their face for an avatar? Also, will a storefront also be created, so content-creators can sell their environments?

"Added experimental SteamOS/Linux support."

Now THAT's good news!

all good and well but what about the compositor 400 issue

Does "experimental SteamOS/Linux" support mean the necessary video drivers have finally been added to SteamOS software repository? Last time I checked it didn't work on SteamOS because the drivers are not recent enough. I've only managed to get it working on Arch Linux and Ubuntu so far.

Hi all, this beta version breaks the 'enable hmd' node and the 'stereo on' console command in unreal engine 4.15.3. So basically, I'm unable to use my vive with this beta in unreal at the moment. I've tested with as simple of a scene as possible. just open up a blank unreal project, launch it, and type 'stereo on' console command. no dice. i wasted a good hour trying different lighthouses, checking through my game code etc trying to isolate the problem. turns out its the steamVR beta. please fix!

The latest beta has introduced the default grid environment to all loading screens, even when games previously used custom loading screens. Now those grids are always visible which is quite distracting.

I noticed that I got opt-ed out of the beta somehow. Opted back in and got passed the "starting" message. System still locks up hard as soon as steamvr_room_setup starts, but up until that point, the device works correctly, displaying the controllers and sensors in their apprporiate positions and orientations.
