honestly, i played this game at the start of ea..
barely anything has changed other than a few maps and perks
can safely say i was disappointed in this game and how it turned out.
Killing Floor was one of my favorite games, but it was a little.. Short, not a whole lot of content, in which I can forgive because the company didn't have a huge budget.
When I first saw Killing Floor 2, I was pumped. They made a basic working game and released it in EA and I was expecting it to get more and more awesome, lot of guns, lot of new mechanics as they might finally have the budget to do so! Considering they've added microtransactions already and a heftier price tag.
We just kinda got killing floor 1 high quality edition with a few minor new things.
A shame, really.

It'd be nice to have more dialogue, maps, linear maps, maybe something worthy of a magnum opus like a campaign, perhaps more comedy because what kept me interested in KF1. The zombies, the banter, the dosh lads, the challenge, the user created content, custom maps, unique feelings.

What's all this skin nonsense and repetative classes? Where's the soul and love and joy? This is just going to go down the Evolve Stage 2 road and become vastly unplayable as you guys keep releasing garbage you know.

Game Devs have to learn not to drown players, but to entertain them.

The Survivalist perk is all about versatility, and the perk skills should facilitate this (faster weapon switching, more load capacity, etc.) There could also be a skill choice between extra headshot damage and stunning/ stumble. It would be great if some interesting combos/ synergies could be realized.

A note of caution, the Survivalist can cause a lot of abuse by picking up anyone's weapons & keeping them, using them to gain XP. Playtesting will show how ethical players are with this exploit (of course finishing out a wave is fine if someone else dies). Also the healing grenades and increased AOE of explosives might be too powerful for a non specialist.

Right now this perk sounds pretty boring, but it should be fun to mix & match different weapons if there are enough perk skills to substantiate them. (Should have more weapons dmg boost per level but still less than 1%, say .8%)
