I purchased Just Cause 3 last night and it took from then to this morning until it finally downloaded. I tried to play it, but the opening scenes had been lagging horribly, and when it actually got to the game, it lagged worse than the opening scenes which took almost 5 or 10 minutes to watch because of all the stuttering, skipping, and all that other crap which games that skip do. I then tried to restart my pc and try playing again, but when I clicked on Steam, it wouldn't show up, and neither would the other games I purchased. I tried deleting it and went to the site to re-download it. Now I'm using the Steam website trying to re-download it, but it was saying I need to "close Steam before installing", which is a load of uncastrated male bovine animal feces considering I had previously deleted Steam literally JUST BEFORE I went to re-install it. So, now I can't play my games and I'm deeply agitated because of the previous predicament that occurred.

I'll prfix this all by saying: I know this is PROBABLY all Square Enix's fault (ridiculous how publishers have so much control over game devs);

This is a game I'd love to get, but...

I'll get this game when you remove Denuvo, don't need that crap.

Also, please state that the game has 3rd Party DRM on the store page, I don't buy the fact that denuvo calls itself non DRM.

@abbas_589 you DO know that when you sli 2 graphics cards, they dont add up the vram at all, 2, 8gb cards only add up to 8gb video memory

as well as this, just cause 3 doesn't have sli support right now

@Christ Marsh30 It's not easy to fix a bug that's this big.

Still no patch, what are the devs actually doing! I got a refund from steam the day of launch as soon as i heard the problems and saw the reviews. I recommend every gets a refund whilst you can. I might come back to the game if they actualy fix it.

@ifehousee , "graphically intensive" , LMAO...... if we compare its graphics level to original Crysis 8 years ago, it doesn't even scratch the surface one bit of Crysis graphics fidelity.

however, every single game that has Denuvo runs like Crap, the only exception is Madmax which is nearly empty world and nothing is going on except for few things here and there.

Problem is not Denuvo alone, sure it has contributed in it for some extent, but the main problem is such devs/publishers waste time on DRMs instead of optimizing and testing their games, thats why you find Denuvo is working perfectly and the game itself is left with tons of issues because there is not enough time to optimize/test.

if they devoted the Denuvo and DRMs implementation/integration time into optimizing and testing their games, you won't find such huge issues affecting more than 50% of player base.
