Villagers and towers do a reduced bonus damage vs walls before castle age.

The AOE II devs keep churning out useless and meaningless updates removing some defensive/offensive bonus of civs/units while adding some which were previously removed. No doubt in some future 7.7 update they will add some bonus which they removed in 5.8. Duh.... Instead I would suggest the devs to do some productive and appreciative work like giving voice/audio to the forgotten campaign which is still missing. The original 1999 game was balanced from day 1 release and never had so many fubar updates..

Saracens need to change the joke team bouns and put something like monks move 10% faster also reduse mamluk gold from 85 to 75

anyone else having problems seeing unit formation tabs? completely disappeared even after reinstalling the game

Wish they would relesae a patch to make it not so stinking laggy in high pop games.. Its hard to play a 4v4 500 pop without taking 4 hours due to lag

Does this patch do anything to the normal single player files? Since this has come out and recieved the updates the games has become super slow and unplayable. Other people have mentioned that they cannot start the game after going through the subscription mod checks. I had this same issue at least 3 times over the year? Any ideas

1. No changes can make Elephant Archers attractive to use, it's too weak in that it fits no proper role where it will be cost effective.
2. As far as the Camel is concerned I guess we can make remove their +1 Normal Armor but provide +2 Pierce Armor instead of +1. That could make them a general unit, and much more effective replacement to the Knight Line without making them overpowered. (remember the camel line still takes a small bonus damage bonus against Buildings)
3. Mamelukes receive 5 less damage from Halberdiers. (Perfect Change, it makes the Expensive unit more appealing)
4. Khmer receive Arbalest upgrade. (Perfect change, it would provide them with more options to support their elephants)
5. Mayan farmers work at closer speed to the farmers of other civilizations. (Good one)
6. Couriers cost (Now this will be rarely used as the values outweigh the cost)


All the other changes are good too...!
