Tell you what: go research the "natural" position for your fingers on a keyboard, factor in there are anatomic keyboards designed with that natural position in mind, believe me when I say I have one of those keyboards, believe me again when I say I write a lot on that keyboard and am VERY used to the natural position, believe me one final time when I say I've been playing like this for almost 30 years and, being 50 myself, find it difficult to adjust to playing it differently after all that time, then consider the fact that it's not just "1 key shift to the right" since I configure ALL other keys around ESDF for movement... then come back here and we'll have a discussion on who's complaining just to complain (since you are kinda complaining about what I said).

No it's not. You know, there is a reason for the little dot you feel on the F key. It's to know your hands are positioned correctly for typing. People that use keyboards a lot for writing things (unusual, I know) will naturally place their hands there.

Also it makes more sense to me to have additional keys on the left that can easily be used with the pinky and ringfinger, instead of trying to put everything to the right side and cram it up.

Since both of you apparently are expert typist, the wasd layout shouldnt bother you at all, since if you type all the time your used to the Key layout.

I myself am over 50, I type for a living, maybe that is why it isn't such a huge deal for me to do either layout.

If it is the end boss fight with a certain person. then you can target the tech priest next to the pylons. taking them out will increase the remaining turns. if you take all of them out then the turn limit goes away.
