Inconsistent sensitivity: Sometimes I get wild spins, other times sluggish movement — especially noticeable when switching between slow and fast swipes. And while looking behind and looking around while being chased. It became unplayable for me.

Nah man, this is legit. Some devs do ask you to set your profile to private for closed beta stuff. Steam has tools that let devs hide game titles and use stealth installs that only show up for people with a key, I read about it somewhere. But to play it safe and avoid showing hours played, achievements, “accidental” screenshots, or activity, you're usually told to set your profile to private, disable game activity sharing, and not upload or stream any gameplay.

Hey so... since this patch my space bar and escape buttons doesn't work while in game. Everything works outside of game and I checked the settings to make sure my buttons were set correctly. They are set correctly, I'm not sure how to fix this because it was working earlier this morning prior to this patch

As far as I'm aware, this is something that only the purple alarmed civilians should be doing and it will happen even if no one has turned into or seen a zombie. Easiest way to replicate is to set the armed chance to 100% and the symptom ticks to the highest possible number.
