I played it once or twice on my old Windows 7 machine with HDD and DirectX11 (yes, it's possible) and I had no performance issues. But this was before the DLC#3 update.

The price is fine, given the 300,000 copies sold and Very Positive steam reviews. It's also totally fine if you are not agreeing with the value.

After 8 August the price will be 30 and at launch 49.99. It's gonna be a long time when the game will cost again 24. So it's a great value in long term.

The price is not correct, and visionary if you hit up steam you will found better games for this price. Finished games, multi coop fun, with finished contents.

Steam has positives. Yes. The game is positive for that 7hour play that holds, even more if you try other builds.


The TQ1 game has this problem too, while they charge it still, a really olds game just new dlcs happened.
Still, the crowds buying it...Thats understandable FROM 1 viewpoint, because that game has zillion mods and probably infinite playing hours and builds. I have played that game even before this clients.


Overall, the game lacks things that sure. Even on optimized / content side.

Given the good sales figure AND very positive feedback this means lots of people bought the game and generally are happy with that.

Just at the moment a lot people have paid the price for the current version of the game (with all its flaws) and are generally happy with that. That's a fact.

I declared war on Hildebot (Von Berenreute) and he is not attacking my army? not in the way of his army is not attacking? more like he is not showing up with an army and is refusing to come out of wherever hole he is hiding in. I do not know if its on of the gameplay mechanics I turned off in the menu, like Bandit Camps, No Food Spoilage, ect. The mobs are programmed to wander toward you slowly (about half sneak speed) if they can perceive you at all (when in sneak mode the eye icon is anything other than a straight line.

Sneaking eliminates your sound profile (but doesn't cancel any sounds you all ready made) and reduces your light profile (which cuts their visual perception range down). The reduced light profile on the troll suit actually works passively when you aren't sneaking. That's why it becomes very much easier to sneak up on deer accidentally once you complete the troll set.

Even when you aren't sneaking your light profile is reduced if you are standing in shadows or the sun is setting. You can't see it with the icons unless you are sneaking but it is there.

Troll set appears to even passively reduce your sound profile when not sneaking. If you have a nice set of stereo speakers or play using headphones you can hear the difference between an incomplete and full troll set.
