The Jeff and Groot one is just a death sentence for Jeff. Any time I see a Jeff on that trees head, ends up dead. So I refuse to use it. When Jeff had burst healing it was viable.

VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support....and also cannot be removed by anyone on this forum.

VAC bans are delayed from the time of the detection to the time that the ban is actually applied. What you were doing when the ban was applied, is irrelevant.

Why the account was banned:

all VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat, whether it is used on the account itself or some sort of sharing has occurred (account, library, or phone number).

Users are responsible for the security of the account and all activity on the account.

There is a long standing bug where the AI just stops developing its empire , it stops developing its planets and it stops placing its orbital buildings so it has no economy.

Its very likely you encountered this bug for which there is no fix currently.

Yea, I encountered this on a low-resource scenario recently. The AI kept raiding the same planet, with no chance of conquering, indefinitely. The logic seemed to be

WHILE [Planet last lost] IF [fleet supply > 200] send units. IF [fleet supply < 200] devote all resources to building more ships of random tier and appropriateness. Invoke [random] decide to retreat instantly or let everything die.

Many planets/asteroids it controlled were left at Logistics 1, everything else nil. I'm baffled how a game with a decent AI in some situations can't fix something like that unless it's a bunch of IF:ELSE "AI".
