It only prevents her from launching her grenade into his radius, she can still fire it in front of him or literally anywhere else.

As there is always more than one lane needing to be cordoned off, this is certainly what happens and why you need a roughly equal amount of Zhenshan to truly counter the Marquez.

You're clearly blatantly lying because the autocannons flak mode demolishes overseers and fleshmobs. That or you somehow don't know you can change its firing mode from AP to flak

Frankly? Skill issue. Never thought I'd be that guy, but I guess today I am. No insult intended, if it's taken that way. You just have to learn more about the game's mechanics, the bosses patterns, etc. If you're interested enough, I think you'll get it.

Maybe not worth pointing out, but have you tried jumping up or down? I basically use nothing but 1-handed weapon with shield (Sword n' Shield specifically). I hold block often but when I need to move, I dodge a lot of stuff in this game by jumping up or down, sometimes adding a dodge, sometimes attacking in the air (at times, twice), then dodging after that. I don't think you'd need SnS like I use but having that extra ability to block may help you survive, if you're struggling.

Some of the treasures I go for give me things like auras or Rune Quakes that do damage in an area around me, elemental spirits that can attack passively, things that let me attack while dodging, etc. You could go for summons as well, if you'd like. As an aside I also like to balance out my runes, have about equal for all 3 kinds, but I don't think you'd have to do that. Anyway, the general idea is, let other stuff passively deal damage for you so you can focus on dodging, moving, blocking, etc. Works well for me, at least. Maybe it'd help you out. Give it a try, if you'd like.
