Black ops 2 maps load slow

so everything runs smooth even when im in game ( only been into combat training) but when the map is loading it takes like 5 mins to load so by the time i could join the game would be almost over.. i did a little test i by the looks its not my laptop thats too weak or anything.. any1 has some advice? :/
