what are unique visitors in the steam workshiop

ii want to know what unique visitors are in the steam workshop i hope someone who answers knows

That would be any one steam user account that takes a look at whatever you put there. They might not even take the time to look at it, but it just shows the popularity by visits.
Its a somewhat better number to use than just how many times the page was requested as that could be one guy parked on your page hitting refresh. Steam knows the difference.

people can put a like or not on a pic, in the art and screenshot bulletin board. with out gong to the main page were its saved. if you get a nuf likes on your picture, than it go's up on the main space engineers main bulletin board,, for all to see. thanks for your time.

could be that steam doesn't see the visits that were from the in-game workshop

Some games have built-in workshop like Wallpaper Engine and/or a green + box on the browse section that can subscribe without visiting your page. Only visiting the pages adds a unique visitor.
