Hellppp! Cannot add friends!
after i search my fren's name then i press Add Friend but dunno why it say fren's limit exceeded can any 1 help?

You have to purchase something on your account - until you do, the account will be limited. There are several Steam games on deep discount right now, or you could purchase an inexpensive TF2 item - any of those will do the trick.

Your limited account can accept the friend requests of others, but you cannot issue friend requests.
