steam guard
when disabled the steam guard then anable again, you must wait 15 days again to trade items in steam?

Yes. Steam Guard has to be permanently active for 15 days in order to be able to trade.

so every time i disable and enable my steam guard it will restart again counting for 15 days?

Yes and there is no way to bypass this. You will need to wait the 15 days.

thank you...just want to message steam that it must include the info when disabling the stean guard.
