Where did the refund money go to? your account or someone else?
They said is coming back to the card I paid with, but I didn’t see anything. We are four days after. Everything is weird!
Your account may be compromised.

You might’ve refunded them and simply forgot?

No way. There is no refund request either. I’ve Waited long time to play them. Single player is my favourite.
Shame.
Check your purchase history and make sure they're in there too.

If they are, check and see if the money was refunded to you.

If both are true, the games were refunded and it's most likely your account is compromised OR your payment was refused for whatever reason.

Valve does not just randomly refund games out of people's libraries without asking.

Also, did you buy the games with a gift card? Especially one you got off of the gray market rather than from a store? They've been known to pull the plug on likely fraudulently acquired gift cards and then refund the games purchased as a result. Only other cause I can think of.

The games was refunded *9* days after purchase. The purchase was legit, I have recipe. No refund request, nothing. Payment problem after 9 days? Weird. I didn’t get any mail about this. Discovered it alone while searching for the games. It looks like a weird mistake but no one answers me. Steam support is 0/10

What did you pay with?

Are you sure that you din't just hide the games or log into the wrong account or buy them as a friend gift?

Did you actually message steam support about this at all to see what they can do?

You’ve got an unwanted guest on your account. Games don’t refund themselves.

Another possibility is that your bank reversed the charge thinking it was fraud

That tends to trigger a lot of problems for the account -- Steam doesn't like chargebacks.
If you didn't initiate the refund and your account isn't compromised, contact your payment provider to see if they triggered it. I've seen a handful of threads at the back-end of the sale where their products have been removed without notice and it has stemmed from the payment provider itself.

Reminds me of something i encountered..

but in my cases i always had some Support-Ticket going on about another Problem.

Case 1)
I was unsure of why the Game did not worked and hoped the Support would be able to help me out.
I realized that it wanted a new OS to be used on, so i then simply told the Support i will buy the new OS.
As my PC was re-installed with the new OS and all the Programms i tend to use i wanted to install the Game, to then just see that its no longer in the Library and the Money i had payed for was there as Credit in my account.
Of course i had purchased the game in discount and then the game was no longer in discount and i would have had to pay full price.
So i simply reached out for the Support again to tell them that i did not request a Refund and they re-established the Game again.

Case 2)
I purchased a Game and got charged 2 times. I had the Game, but was not happy to lost double the amount of money it actually would have cost.
Took a while to get the Support to acknoweledge that it was a double-charge thing, for them then to still fail.
They "refunded" the Game, thus i was no longer having the game and still missing out on money that they owed me.
So.. again writing to the Support again... back and forth until they finally sent me back the other money, but this time they did not wanted to re-establish the Game, instead they meant i simply should try again to buy it.
What i did, hoping that i dont get another double charge again (but thanksfully the bug did not occure a second time).

In other words, best to try to contact the Support again, and again, and again.. until they are really recognizing that there has something happened, and then hope that they will help you out.
