i'm 14 years old and i can not acces some games...
In my country (italy) i could play all games i wont, if i get my parents' permission. The ony way to play 18+ games on steam is using games that my mother share with me using family sharing. Is there any other way to acces this "kind" of games using my account directly? I don't would use a fake birh date. If my mother sends a 18+ game to my account with a gift, will i be able to play it using my original birth date?

If you have one account that only you are using, you should be able to play every game on Steam even 18+ games (unless some games are restricted where you live)

But from what I can tell, are you talking about just looking at the games store page were you have to enter your age?
Yes, i can not buy a game if i can't acces its page. Is there any other way to buy steam games and use it with my account?

Just type in a fake age...
It's only used for verification, but if you don't want that, ask your parents to buy from your account or like you said, gift a game to you
Is there any risk if they do it? Can they lost their money?

A lot of websites sell games that can be redeemed on Steam. Here is one of my favorite:

http://www.greenmangaming.com/

Also, it sounds like there is either parental controls in place, or you entered your actual birthday during age verification.

I think you already know. It's for kids, though most will just fake it
I did not understand a thing: i'm a kid too, so the age verification should apply to me too..isn't it?
Sorry if I sound paranoid, but i don't would to see my account suspended for legal things.

It applies to every account, because you need to be at least over 13 years old to have a Steam account. That's why people need to verify their age, even if you are over 20, you still needs to verify it (once, everytime Steam starts up and browser if you delete your cookies)

See it this way: You account dosen't have an age (and I'm not talking about the year of service badge or anything like that), that's why you need to verify it and you will not be suspended, I've done it all the time, I'm just to lazy finding my own age, when viewing the store :D:

It's because of laws. Basically, if a game is rated M or something, they have to put an age verification in place. You will not get into any kind of trouble if you bypass this by using a fake age (well your parents may care lol).

I put my bday as 1/1/1955 just because it's easy. I can assure you I am not that old.

Just fake your age, when you are going to access the page, if you already done it (wrong age, too young) restart Steam or clear your cookies, if you did it by browser
