Friend sent me gift card but did not recieve it.

Hi. My friend sent me 25$ digital gift card from here https://store.steampowered.com/digitalgiftcards/selectgiftcard but I did not recieve anything it been 12h now, we have been friends for more than 3 days (months) and we live in the same country, and they did take the money from his bank account, none of us recieved any email or anything.

Full accounts can recieve gifts, can add friends, etc.
