Valve did that in the beginning. It was optional and users still submitted thousands of tickets. All that after it saying that they were 100% responsible. They still spammed tickets.
My issue with it is that it requires a 3rd party smartphone.
Everyone who ever got scammed deseeves it for being dumb/not paying attention.
But its really not hard to set up lol just get winauth/an actual phone and a free prepaid phone number, all u need
