Becoming an Unlimited User Account.

Hello all, due to the recent amount of posts created about Limited user accounts, I have decided to make this post hoping that users will see this before making a new discussion.

What is a Limited Account

A limited account is a user who is new to Steam, or has not done what is necessary in order to become an unlimited account. These users exist to help stop spammers, hackers, etc.

I can't make a post... Why is this?

You can't make a post because you are still a limited account. Thankfully however, Steam has outlined perfectly how to remove these restrictions. Free-To-Play games do not remove restrictions.
Steam Sharing does not remove restrictions.

You have to atleast buy one game and add it into your steam account (The Game must cost above 5€ or more and it must be bought directly through Steam)

I cannot buy games, I'm not allowed to have a credit card or even my parents don't have credit cards. So I just buy some CD-Keys. awww :C i can't add friends or anything ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥!
