Hi, You can refund any games that is not played morethan 2 hours of playtime.
So you cant refund it but you can only request to remove it without refund.

Hi, there's two refund requirements. You're right that one requirement is not played more than two hours. The second requirement is the game has to have been purchased in the last 14 days.
