Steam Starts on computer start even though the option is unchecked
In Preferences -> Interface, I have unchecked the box that says "Run Steam When My Computer Starts". However, Steam starts up every time my computer boots.

How can I actually stop Steam from starting up every time my computer boots?

Weird. Mine doesnt appear under Startup Programs... Yet it still loads up everytime my computer does (and has a really slow update *every* time)

Same issue here except Steam is also CRASHING my sound driver. It only starts when Steam is in the default location. I did change the location but that crashes my VR. Really pissed about the $100's of dollars spent for software that causes my computer to become unstable.
