Finishing Ace Combat 4: Shattered Skies was also a blast. I felt like a total hero afterwards.
i was first in line at my store for both releases and enjoyed every minute of the game.
running home from school to play with friends was awesome.
so was playing it all day everyday :D
i also remember getting guitar hero 3 after talking ♥♥♥♥ about it with a bunch of friends,
then asking the question "wait.. have any of us ever played it?"
with everyones answer being no.
i went out and bought it that day and it was awesome to feel myself getting better at it.
also morrowind pretty much changed my life.. for the better of course :)
i miss those days :(
More recently it has to be Dark Age of Camelot, when me and my latest group decided to play together and we understood that we could could work as a team: we were only RR3-4 and engaged a group of hibbies all RR 10-12. The hibbies eventually won, but it took them almost 15 minutes and we were all "yeah, this group can work!".
I guess something more recent would be taking down that friggin' mothership in FTL for the first time.
A close second was headshotting myself from across the map via ricochet on my first try screwing aroiundin Metal Gear Online on PS2 by bouncing the round off the far end of the city map wall and using the salute before the bullet made it back. Much lulz where had that day.
