It's just got to the point where it feels "wrong" to watch or play something without subtitles turned on.
My English is too bad to play TWAU without subtitles, for example. So I have the subtitles on for this game. Right now, for example, I'm watching X-Men (these old animated series) but I can't put subtitles on so I'm a bit lost, but I can understand more or less what they're saying (at least I can improve my English in this way...).
Also as Horatio said before in X-Men I can understand Xavier, Storm, Jubilee, Jean, a bit of Cyclops, Magneto but I have some problems to understand Wolverine or Rogue.
So yeah, I usually keep subtitles on (if I can) except if their voices are in my language.
