what is the body positivity movement?
People shouldn't be so hard on themselves. I think body positivity spits on the concept of physical perfection which doesn't exist to begin with. It spits on the plastic surgery and filters used to make people look like caricatures. It allows for forgiveness and patience, kindness and acceptance of what cannot be changed. In this way, it's awesome. I have seen that those who are sometimes a part of this movement do end up working toward getting fit, healthy or losing some amount of weight in their own time. I think all of these things are wonderful. Honestly, there is room for all. I would hate to see a world where everyone looked the same, were the same size, same body type. That's not how life is meant to be.
You have to come to terms that as age advances your body deteriorates. Women get fatter, and man get belly.

In bed what matters is passion and maturity. There is a train for every passenger

I don't know too much about it, but I know that it is woke, so it's pretty safe to say that it is.
I should add that I love seeing cellulite and stretch marks in so many photo spreads now. As a child, going through growth spurts and realizing that things like stretch marks can be as natural as breathing but then seeing them as some kind of imperfection to be ashamed of, I'd much rather young ones see them as normal and nothing to be ashamed of.
When they start denouncing Bluey scenes where Bandit uses the scale and decides he needs to exercise, they're full of bollocks.
It is negative movement if you are basement troll jerking on pinterest

This is not the reality because there are many women just like you having trouble to bond with a soul because they think pinterest outshines them and depresses them.

Also many people work to their bone

Mostly in Tinder are whorish types of women who circle dates
yes, this is emotional patronage for losers
some people will point out there were unrealistic fitness standards in the 80s, but they ignore that before GMO canola oil xenoestrogens Monsanto rampant plastic pollution etc... in the 50s people were much fitter

"I know I am a 10 out of 10", says Yabba the Hutt
Some people use it that way, but it's not inevitable, and they'd find a similar excuse anyway
I'm for body positivity as a person should not feel ashamed of their body, especially if their biological makeup simply deters them from a stereotypical "fit" body. Everyone simply has different body shapes and sizes.
this is the body positivity movement:

"eat the chocolate cake, or don't. i don't care. be kind to yourself and others."
