Don't forget to say "Aardwolf."
^-- This.
It's excellent and it's a shame that many FPS games like that no longer have a credible, worthy, single-player campaign. The big publishers don't care, even though players scream for them - They know they'll sell their games without having to do the work to add those.
Just putting a shout-out to the original "Star Wars:Battlefront II" single-player campaign, It's cheap, too, and it's a lot fun just plinking around in single-player "Instant Action" matches, too. But, the single-player campaign is excellent and very well done. There's a ton of "FPS" single-player action in that game. (Quick and easy to play for a couple of single-player "Instant Action" matches, here and there, just to run around blowing stuff up for a few minutes. :))
You might also want to check out some of them WW2 themed Call of Duty and Brothers in Arms games and the fantasy but fun Wolfensteins.
CoD 1, 2 and World at War are great.
The Brothers in Arms games are good too.
Oh and Prisoner of War! Not many people have played it, but you're in a POW camp and have to escape. I haven't finished that either, but my goodness was that fun.
