Because why play that game that you bought because it was on sale and looked like it might be fun when you can just keep playing the game you've already been enjoying.

i have made it a priority to at least try every game i have. so far, i have played every game i have on steam and uplay. i have gotten through most of my gog. i'm working through origin and then i will attack the emu's and roms

92% of my games are played so I guess that's pretty good and played meaning PLAYED, not just idled.

I try not to buy duds but there are a couple 0.5 hours played games in my library that will probably stay that way.

I buy loads of bundles and work out if theres 1 good game for the money the rest just get added to account then i may at sometime in the next 50 years actually play the cheap bad games:steamhappy:

Limited time + choice paralysis. And in my case also loads of cheap bundles bought with money saved from quitting smokes a few years ago.

I only have like 2500 games I haven't played yet. It could be a lot worse. :DukeCash::DukeCash::DukeCash:

What's wrong with a rainy day collection?

Humble Bundle and Fanatical babied me in the past with huge, amazing bundles that increased my game count to over 1,600 the past decade.

At this point I have so many games, that I am unable to choose which one to start playing - investing time in a game before realising that I don't like it would waste far too much time for me, so I stick to what I know I like.

Same problem.

Sometimes I just stare at my Steam library trying to decide what to play and I end up not playing anything. It's happened to me just about every day for the last 10 years.
