The mistery of "G"

So there has been this app called "G" for some time on my PC and it keeps preventing shutdown/ restart. Sometimes it is named "G", sometimes it has no name. It has the default windows program (that window image) icon. I couldn't find its process in the Task Manager. Some say it is a virus, but it doesn't seem to actually do any harm to my PC. Also, from what I've seen, a considerable amount of people have this same problem.
Does any of you happen to know what this "G" app is or to have the problem?

One site I saw said it was some Chinese app. It could also be a Logitech configuration.

That would be pretty strange considering I have the english version of W10. Dunno really. I will get a program for more detailed processes and I will see.
