is instant gaming legit?
i found watch dogs 2 on their website for only £7 and i'm thinking of making the purchase, i just don't want to be scammed or anything like that.

Check the price near and on Ubisoft website the publisher determines the sale price. If it's lower than the publisher or developer, or here on steam, then it's not legit.

I would say it's not legit just because I don't trust any site that hasn't been vetted by others
Simply reading their FAQ raises many red flags...

They look as "legit" as that shady bloke in that seedy, run down pub down the road.

That's ~71% off the game's price at Ubisoft's web store.
Sounds extremely sketchy. Wouldn't touch it.

Listed here? https://isthereanydeal.com

If not, probably not wise to use.

they're a key reseller. they might be decent, it's not like they're all cowboys. so if it works, you have a bargain, if it doesn't, lol@u

STEAM, Origin, Uplay... aren't resellers. I found that odd in the FAQ.

I read the FAQ too but instead I'm immature and laughed at the typo in a random Trustpilot review:

"Order safe and easy, get the code after a few minuten, enter it on steam and start playing! That, combined with great prices, makes me come Jack and buy more every turn."

I did get a game from them. No technical issues as far as I can see.
