If possible get the Enhanced Edition of Dying Light or the GOTY of Witcher 3, you save a bit of money over paying for the season passes at a later date and both of them have extra content that's really worth it.
And there are still a lot of people playing online so you can play co-op if you want, and you can enter other's people games as Night Hunter and other people will enter your game.
(You can disable all multiplayer stuff if you don't like it). It's an awesome game both solo and with other people.

In my other account I have played the Witcher 1 and 2 and honestly they are fun but honestly i still haven’t full grasp the story cuz I’ll just skip though most of the dialogue....but I’m starting to lean more on dying light since I love the parkour aspect and now know how the online community is still lively plus with a sequel coming along
I'm pretty mixed on the Witcher.
